The room was well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful.
I encountered an issue . I had difficulty finding assistance to resolve it. I was charged twice for my first night. I found no staff member available to offer assistance with this problem.

the location was really good, i could walk everywhere without needing transport. i found the room clean and modern, i really like that. the rooftop bar was nice and relaxing, a good place to end the day. i liked i could leave my bags before check in, a useful service.
the shower in the room had low pressure, it was fixed fast but not improved much.

the hotel stands in the city center. the city hall plaza is very close. shops and restaurants were also in easy walking distance from the hotel doors.

a rooftop bar exists, it offers city views. the hotel provides also luggage storage before check-in time. i saw a gym with some equipment, i did not use it.

the check in was quick. the staff were kind and always with a smile. i asked for a shower repair and they send someone quickly, it was nice.

my deluxe double room has a good size. the air conditioning works very well, this is important. i had a small balcony, a nice feature to watch the city.
